Propark Mobility Sends Face Shields to Hospitals in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Texas and California to Support COVID-19 Response Efforts
Hartford, Connecticut – Propark Mobility announced today that the company is donating over 500 face shields to hospitals across the country to help support those on the front lines fighting against COVID-19.
“We provide parking and mobility services to hospitals across the country, so we have a unique vantage point of what our healthcare heroes are enduring every day,” explained John Schmid, Chief Executive Officer of Propark Mobility. “We wanted to do something meaningful that would help protect those who are protecting us, and this was an opportunity to do just that.”
Propark is sending out shipments of face shields to Sutter Health in California, Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts, Manchester Memorial Hospital in Connecticut, Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center and Memorial Hermann in Texas, Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey, and Northwell Health and NYU Langone Medical Center in New York.
“This pandemic is affecting everyone across the globe, so it’s important for companies to step up to do what they can to help,” said Joe Coppola, Propark’s Managing Partner. “Given the demand for personal protective equipment in our healthcare facilities, this is Propark’s way to make a real difference through donating these face shields to hospitals that desperately need them.”
Propark Mobility will continue to provide support to communities where it can through meaningful initiatives and contributions.
