Propark now manages the parking operation at the renowned 101 California Street office skyscraper in San Francisco, California. Completed in 1982 and located in the heart of the Financial District, this 48-story tower was awarded the designation of North America’s Building of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and was also a recipient of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Sustained Excellence in Energy Management Award. 101 California Street is a certified LEED Platinum building.
With over 1.2 million square feet of office space, many of the country’s most recognizable business institutions call 101 California Street their home. Major building tenants include, but are not limited to, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, CB Richard Ellis, GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, Cooley Edwards, Deutsche Bank and Hines Property Management.
The parking component at 101 California Street is comprised of 200 self-parking spaces and an additional 60 valet-assist stalls. The garage features two electric vehicle charging stations, a free bicycle sharing program and a green dry cleaning service utilizing environmentally friendly processes. Additional amenities provided by Propark include shoe-shine services, loaner umbrellas and a car wash service.
